What to do during the shifts you are feeling

This was an article that I posted in our October Newsletter. I'm posting it here to give you the ability to share your techniques in the comments. Thank you for supporting

What to do during the shifts you are feeling

As you can tell, feel or see, changes are happening fast and some of you may be having a difficulty with that. Personally I have had moments of dizziness, confusion and exhaustion, just to name a few. I have also heard from others that they have had difficulty sleeping, financial issues, emotional bouts, crying for no reason or bursts of anger. Behavior that is not in the norm for them.

What is happening, is you,  the physical being, are going through energetic shifts on all levels of your energy bodies. Emotional, physical, mental, auric, spirit, energetic, so you need to treat all these areas to feel relief and bring them all into a balance and alignment.

Here are some suggestions:
Take time out away from people. You may be very sensitive to energy and empathic so you may pick up on what someone else is going through and add to your own experience. Retreat for a day, at least, then get back out there the next. Day on, day off. Allow yourself this down time.

Cleanse your physical body with sea salt. This also cleanses your energy bodies as well. This helps ground you to Earth energy and Water energy. Possibly take a salt bath if you can.

Foot Reflexology. This has been a thing that is working for me. During our shifting moments, your "energy" may hover above your physical body so that the reconfigurations can take place with the physical body vessel, but this can be a challenging time for some. With the reflexology, it helps your energy body connect with your physical body and helps them merge. Have your reflexologist focus on pulling the energy down, and out the base of your feet.

Aromatherapy. Lavender, Sage, Sandalwood and Nag Champa are good earthy scents that help ground your energy. Smell these aromas to help you ground your energy

Energy Work. Have an energy worker help align and balance your energy bodies. This is the best thing but not everyone has an energy worker on hand.

Cry. Crying is a release and this helps very much so. Sometimes we don't need a reason to cry, just do it. You will feel much better after you do.

My personal regime has been, putting a cold compress on my forehead, covering my eyes from the light, taking some ibuprophen and then having my feet rubbed.

And during all this, REST! Your body is going through similar exhaustion that a gym workout would put you through, so rest is KEY! This allows you to give the time for your energy to integrate into the cells and DNA which then allows for the shifts to not hit you so hard. So going to bed a little earlier than usual would be a good idea.

I am going to put this subject on the State of Being Wellness blog so if any of you have other suggestions, please submit them. Every little bit helps

Much love everyone

  1. I had a newsletter recipent email me a suggestion and it is also something I have used as well. Placing a cold compress, such as a cold pack or ice pack, on the back of the neck at the base of the skull.

Her comment was: "so my suggestion for "chilling out" is putting one
of those soft blue ice pax on the back of my neck....helps with spasms and cools down the whole nervous system, leaving me feeling very peaceful...."

Thanks Beverly for your suggestion :-)
